CMA and comparable sales
A comparative market analysis rests on recent sale prices. Landsight does not have a source of sale prices yet, so it does not produce CMAs — and it never presents a council valuation as a price.
Homes like the property nearby — similar land and floor area — with their council rating values and the date of each valuation, clearly marked as values for rates.
Connecting a licensed sales data provider would let Landsight compare recent sales properly. Until then, the pricing page lists the CMA as not available on any plan.
Agents use Landsight property reports to give clients the record: title, land, buildings, zoning, hazards and potential, shared by link or PDF.
